Shipping
Every bar of soap is produced at our factory using traditional methods and small-batch production standards. From there, products are shipped in bulk to our U.S. distribution partner, who handles storage, order fulfillment, and final delivery to customers.
This structure allows us to maintain consistent quality at the production level while ensuring faster, more reliable delivery within the United States. Once products arrive at our U.S. distribution facility, individual customer orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times within the U.S. are typically 2–5 business days depending on location.
Because our soaps are handcrafted and produced in batches, there may occasionally be short periods where certain products are temporarily unavailable while new production is completed and transported to the U.S. We prioritize keeping steady inventory available, but we will always choose proper curing, quality control, and traditional production methods over rushing product to market.

Order Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.
We will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
• Replacement shipped at no cost
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
